  • Cherry Tomato- 250-gm

  • Feta Cheese- 100-gm

  • Red or White Onion- 1-small-(50-gm)

  • Garlic- 2-cloves

  • Mixing items- step-2
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 3-tbsp

  • Balsamic Vinegar- 1-tbsp

  • Salt- 1 -pinch

  • Course Pepper- 1/4 tsp

  • Finishing items- step 3
  • Basil or Parsley- 1-pinch

  • Paprika Powder- 1/4-tsp

  • Dried Mixed herbs- 1/2-tsp

  • Crusty Baguette- 1-large

Bruschetta-(tomato & feta cheese)


1. This is one of our simple bruschetta recipes for you. Slice cherry tomato into 2 or 4 pcs, pinch feta cheese into small pcs, dice the onion into small pcs, crush or slice garlic into small pcs. Throw everything into a bowl except the tomato, this can be add in step three.

2. Use a small bowl to mix items in step two and pour the mix into the large bowl with the main ingredients and stir just a couple of times. Cover bowl and leave in the fridge for 30-minutes.

3. Bring the bowl out from the fridge and leave out in room temperature for 10-minutes and then add the tomato and all the items in step three and stir again a couple of times.

4. Warm the baguette till its crusty and then slice into bite size pieces at an angle. Load the mix straight onto the crusty toasties or add a little butter before loading.
